Wrong projection of layer River System-Manila Bay Environmental Area

Mabuhay from the Netherlands, In preparing for a GIS-workshop, I noticed that the dataset River System-Manila Bay Environmental Area is not projected on the right position. It has an offset of about 300m the west and 100m north.
