Geoportal website download

The download does not work on the Geoportal website. After I choose a downloadable layer and fill in the required information, it says "loading" for a long time and then nothing happens. I have tried it on multiple browsers and on incognito mode. I never received an email or anything. There might be an issue with the downloads.
