Download section is not working
The select a layer dropdown is not active as it does not select available layers in the panel, thus cannot proceed to the download section

Good day!
Sir/madam, when you click the Download button a splash screen will appear.
"Note: Only the loaded layers that are downloadable and with no restrictions are displayed (you can download the list here). The current map extent displayed or the map as seen on your screen will be the default coverage of the requested layer. After selecting a layer from the dropdown below, zoom in or zoom out to the desired map coverage before clicking the Add to list button."
Please check the status of the layer in the Data Inventory (https://www.geoportal.gov.ph/resources/PGPDataInventorywithSW&Trng.pdf)
