Even in the previous website, you need to comply with the following requirements:
requirements in acquiring digital maps for thesis/study purposes:
1. Formal request letter addressed to our Administrator Usec. PETER N. TIANGCO, PhD.
1.1 affixed your signature and noted by your professor/adviser
1.2 abstract of your study
1.3 Photocopy of your school ID and ID of your Thesis Adviser and his/her contact number
1.4 Your Contact Number
2. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
3. Free Issue Form
4. Client Order Slip
Items 2-4 will be provided to you upon the approval of the Administrator.
