The download does not work on the Geoportal website. After I choose a downloadable layer and fill in the required information, it says "loading" for a long time and then nothing happens. I have tried it on multiple browsers and on incognito mode. I never received an email or anything. There might be an issue with the downloads.

Sir, to download a data from the Geoportal website, a layer must not have a download restriction.

You may also opt to consume the data using Web Map Service by following the steps provided in the website.
Access the Menu option in the upper left corner of the interface then click on the Resources Menu.
