Sir/madam, as of now the datum of each layers uploaded in the Philippine Geoportal website depends on the data owner. Every requested or downloaded layers are bundled with a .prj or .xml file containing information about its projection and datum. Some data are already in WGS84 while others are in PRS92 specially those layers coming from NAMRIA.
